Negotiation skills
(1x3 hours up to 10 participants)
In in some parts of the world, it is a custom, a tradition, and the way all deals are agreed upon. If you don't do it there, they will consider you a bad entrepreneur and a bad person.
We have mostly lost that trade skill of everyday negotiation and sometimes we only use it to get something from our own children. This is why the situation when we have to negotiate in business is very stressful. We know that we have to lose something in order to do the job, and most of the time we don't know how to negotiate in order to lose as little as possible.
This is exactly the biggest problem in our minds. Negotiation is not about what we want or what we give to the other party. It's not an either/or situation, it's about finding a way in which both parties will leave the negotiation satisfied. This is a lesson we must learn if we want to be good and successful at negotiating.
Through education and workshops in small groups of up to 10 participants in 1 x 3 hours, we will work on:

Communication in the team
(1x3 hours for up to 10 participants)
Although in theory what we call communication in a team literally means a process in which information between individuals is shared through a system of symbols, signs and behavior between a group of people gathered around a job or activity, there is a lot of room for misunderstandings.
Although team members always exchange some information, this does not mean that they do so effectively.
Misunderstandings can lead to team members assuming something, having expectations based on wrong information. They create closed circles for part of the team, while others do not get this information. Misunderstandings also lead to conflicts about how information should be understood.
The workshop is intended for members of teams and combined teams and their leaders.
